At Artiz, we prioritize customer satisfaction not only during the purchase but also throughout the process of returns and refunds. Our return and exchange policy allows you to return items purchased on Artiz for specified reasons within the designated return period.
- Return Period: Items can be returned within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- Processing Time: The processing of returns will be completed within 5 business days from the date of your return request.
Return Eligibility
Returns or exchanges are accepted only if you receive a Wrong /Damaged / Defective Item due to an error on our part. Unfortunately, if you ordered the wrong size, changed your mind, or misused the product, we cannot accept such returns.
We are committed to making the return process smooth and efficient for our valued customers. Please review product details carefully before placing your order.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product via email on customercare@theartiz.ai
For a smooth return process, include an image of the product and a video of you unboxing the item, clearly explaining your reason for the return.
Once we accept the return request, you need to dispatch the product within 48hrs of our approval to the below mentioned return address.
Upon return, the product will undergo a quality check to ensure the issue is our responsibility and not due to misuse or abuse outside our control. Once the returned product passes the quality check, confirming it is unused and in its original packaging, a replacement / store credit coupon will be processed.

Exchange Policy
We don’t offer exchanges for the products. You can raise the return request as per the return policy and then place a fresh order for a new product.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled at any time within 24 hrs of placing the order without any extra costs. To cancel, please email us at customercare@theartiz.ai. We are unable to cancel orders once they have been processed.
Note: The above policies do not apply to bulk or custom orders. These products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. To cancel bulk or custom ordered items, contact us within 24 hours. No cancellations will be accepted beyond this period.
Custom Product Orders
Custom products are created based on your request and are not available on the website. COD is not applicable for such orders. These orders are non-refundable, non-cancelable, and non-exchangeable. They can only be replaced in the case of incorrect or damaged products.
Bulk Orders
Orders exceeding INR 20,000 or 10 in quantity (whichever is lower) are considered bulk orders. The above return and refund policies do not apply to bulk orders. Bulk orders are non-refundable under any circumstance. Only defective or damaged items can be replaced. Bulk orders may take extra time to ship, and the delivery time will be confirmed by our team during order confirmation.
